Nicole Richie is at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles being treated for pneumonia, according to People. Recently, rumors began swirling that Nicole, 28, and her beau Joel Madden had secretly tied the knot. Could the stress from all the paparazzi coverage have taken it's toll on the starlet and mother of two? Contrary to what the bloggers are saying, she is in fact not stricken with the swine flu.
