The National Enquirer is claiming that John Edwards has popped the question and is engaged to marry Rielle Hunter. Remember Rielle, 45? She and the former presidential candidate had an affair and she gave birth to their child, Frances Quinn in February 2008.
The tabloid goes on to say that John, 56, is "buying a luxury $3.5 million beachfront home where they can live happily ever after with their love child." Now that John and his wife Elizabeth have officially decided to end their 32 year marriage, he's technically free to do as he pleases. That still doesn't make this any easier for his cancer-stricken wife who stuck by him throughout the entire scandal.
