Parks and Recreation star Amy Poehler and her comedian husband Will Arnett have become parents for the second time. They welcomed a baby boy named Abel James into the family on Friday weighing in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., and he already has a built in playmate. The little guy joins big brother Archie, who was born in October 2008.
