Joining DUI stars like Shemar Moore and Kiefer Sutherland, The Punisher star Thomas Jane was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol early in the morning on March 17, 2008, according to AP reports. Was it a coincidence that Patricia Arquette's husband was under suspicion for being drunk on St. Patrick's Day?
It looks like the actor may have taken his partying the night before a little too far. According to police, Thomas, 39, was pulled over for driving 124 mph in his black 2008 Maserati. That's right - 124 mph! Although they did say that he was cooperative, the actor was still arrested on suspicion of DUI. Luckily for him, Thomas was booked on charges and later released.
