Broadway beauty and Tony award winner Kristin Chenoweth did an interview recently for NY Dog magazine and spilled a juicy secret or two about Aaron Sorkin's new hit show, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Apparently one of the characters is closely based on Kristin and it's no surprise how that came about.
Kristin and Aaron used to be an item and now he's taken a cue from their time together. Here's what the actress said when asked if she thought one of the characters might be based on her:
"Some parts are verbatim me, and I wonder if I'm going to get any money; 10 percent! Some parts are totally not. There's one part where [the character] is against gay rights and I'm totally the opposite of that. And that's hard because people will be thinking: Is that really Kristin? But there's nothing you can do about that stuff. You just have to let it go. It's a little weird. That said, I'm touched that I was any kind of inspiration to him. I think it's really smart. It's typical Aaron Sorkin. He's smart and such a talented, incredible writer. I can't see how it wouldn't be a big hit."
