Her Young Life:

Amy Jade Winehouse was born on September 14, 1983 in England.

On July 23, 2011, she was found dead in her apartment in London.

Medical Dramas Continue:

On July 28, 2008, Amy was taken to the ER for a reaction to medication.

In June 2008, she spent 10 days in the hospital dealing with a "chest infection."

On Aug 8, 2007, Amy was hospitalized for "severe exhaustion", making her miss an appearance at a festival in Norway. Rumor has it that she was taken in on a suspected drug overdose.

On January 7, 2007, she abruptly ended a concert midway through her first song after severe vomiting. Reports claimed that the singer was completely intoxicated.

Promotes Drinking:

In October 2007, Amy promoted drinking and smoking by giving away pint glasses and ashtrays with her DVDs.

In July 2008, she was spotted drinking a big glass of red wine onstage at a performance near Madrid.

Romantic Drama:

On May 18, 2007, Amy married Blake Fielder in a secret ceremony in Miami, Florida. They had only recently reunited after their hundredth breakup that month.

In September 2009, Amy and Blake signed divorce papers and ended the marriage.

By December 2009, Amy and Blake were rumored to be engaged again.

Amy has numerous tattoos of naked women on her body. When asked about them, she was quoted as saying "I like pin-up girls. I’m more of a boy than a girl. I’m not a lesbian, though - not before a sambuca anyway." Her most recent tattoo is the word "skank" emblazoned across her skinny neck.

In February 2008, Amy took a break from rehab to campaign to save her favorite London pub.
