Singer/actress Ashlee Simpson has a brand new song called "Outta My Head" and PerezHilton was able to get his hands on an early but leaked copy.
With a hot new, albeit extremely plastic look, it only seems fitting that Ashlee would have a brand new song to go along with it.
The track was produced by the very talented Timbaland and Perez thinks, "It's silly and fun and a tune you can dance to. Sassy and rocky." Even though I've never been a huge fan of Ashlee's music, subjectively speaking, the song is pretty catchy and would definitely appeal to her fans.
