When Ashlee Simpson screwed up on Saturday Night Live in October 2004, she tried to save face with a lame excuse. She claimed to be suffering from acid reflux, which she said prevented her from singing without the help of a karaoke machine.
Nick Lachey's ex-sister-in-law will now have to come up with a similarly lame excuse for why her face looks totally different from April to May of 2006. While it's painfully obvious to the naked eye that she had a nose job, she has remained mum on the subject. Maybe she can use seasonal allergies as an excuse for needing to surgically clear out those nasal passages.
When asked by Harper's Bazaar about her opinion of going under the knife, she said "It's a personal choice. I believe if somebody chooses to do plastic surgery, it should be for yourself, not for anyone else." Judging by the new face, it certainly looks like she went ahead and 'chose it' for herself.
