Are American Idol's Carrie Underwood and Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo really dating? Tony was recently linked to Jessica Simpson, but who hasn't been at this point? Last week, during an interview, Tony allegedly confirmed to sports editor Brian Neilsen that he and Carrie are somewhat of an item.
Perhaps they share a common thread in how quickly they both rose to fame. Carrie became an overnight sensation after appearing on American Idol and Tony suddenly filled in mid-season for the Cowboys as their new franchise quarterback.
Watching the Cowboys play the Eagles, the cameras couldn't stop focusing on Carrie as she cheered on her new man on the field. Let's just hope that she doesn't distract him from his true focus - taking Dallas to the 2007 Super Bowl!
