Marilyn Manson Blames Dita von Teese for Depression

By , About.com Guide

May 2007

Goth singer Marilyn Manson has found yet another reason to publicly bash his ex-wife, Dita von Teese. The two called it quits in December of 2006 and it certainly hasn't been amicable.

Marilyn told The Observer that Dita was a direct cause of his depression because she kept trying to change him. Shockingly, she didn't want any of those changes to appear in the form of less frightening makeup.

Dita simply wanted him to become more adult and responsible. Luckily for Marilyn, his new teenager girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood, has no plans to make him grow up anytime soon.
