After a lot of back and forth negotiating, actress/author Tori Spelling decided to pass on being part of the new 90210. The very same show that her father dreamed up way back when. Rumor has it that Shannen Doherty and Jennie Garth were set to make $35,000 - $50,000 per episode. When they offered Tori a mere $10,000 - $20,000, she politely declined.
