This sexy mother of two worked extremely hard to lose the weight she gained with her second pregnancy. Denise Richards was in the gym with her trainer Garret Warren every morning at 5 am lifting weights. She also took the time to have healthy meals delivered to her on a daily basis. The effort clearly paid off because she lost 30 pounds within four months of delivering her second child, Lola.

Uma Thurman

This classic blonde beauty used martial arts and sword training skills that she picked up on the set of Kill Bill to bounce back into shape. Uma had healthy meals delivered right to her door to keep her diet in check. With the help of a trainer and strict eating plan, she was able to shed 25 pounds in just six weeks.

Jenny McCarthy

To shed her baby weight, Jenny McCarthy chose to go with the structured diet plan of Weight Watchers. She credits the program for helping her to lose nearly 80 pounds after giving birth. It took her almost one year, but she was so pleased with the results that she now serves as the Weight Watchers spokesperson and does her part to spread the word thorugh an advertising campaign.
