Pop singer Nelly Furtado told an MTV audience that she was offered $500,000 to pose nude for Playboy magazine. While Nelly, 28, a single mother of a toddler, admits to being awfully tempted by the offer to bare it all in print, she did decide to turn it down.
She told her fans, "As a pop star, people would love to see you naked every day. But I like to save a little bit for the bedroom. It's something to be preserved a little bit for yourself."
That's quite an interesting little sentiment coming from a woman who has basically cleaned up on the charts with her hot track titled "Promiscuous" featuring rapper Timbaland. She'd better be careful or she just might end up like Jessica Alba, who appeared on the cover of Playboy this year against her will.
