Paris Hilton was caught driving with a suspended license last night and she may not get off scott free this time. You'd expect that from Paris as she has a history of getting away with a DUI every now and then.
LA Police seized her very expensive blue Bentley and she now faces jail time for possibly violating the terms of her probation handed out earlier this year. Paris, 26, was pulled over for speeding and driving without her headlights when officers learned that her driving privileges had recently been suspended.
Paris' rep, Elliot Mintz, once again attempted to clean up her mess by spinning the facts. "I don't believe Paris knew whether or not she was allowed to drive. I don't know if that information had been clearly communicated to her," he told the Reuters news agency. The hotel heiress may not be the brightest star in the sky, but she must have known that her license was suspended following her DUI. How could she not realize something that obvious?
