Former American Idol hopeful Jessica Sierra was arrested again, according to TMZ. Two weeks ago, Jessica was given 12 months probation for her previous arrest from a judge who will soon be rethinking that idea. I guess Simon Cowell isn't the only person who doesn't think Jessica is a real winner.
Two weeks ago, she was given one year probation by a very lenient judge who will soon be rethinking that idea. The probation was handed down over a situation in April where Jessica launched a glass at someone's head.
Not learning from her past mistakes, Jessica was allegedly causing a disturbance at the Full Moon Saloon in Florida and police were called. Jessica was asked to leave, but when she refused, the police took her into custody.
According to the report obtained by TMZ, she was charged with disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer, which are both misdemeanors.
Unfortunately, she was also charged with possession of cocaine and felony battery. Thanks to her poor decision making, Jessica is currently in jail with no chance for bail.
