Are Beyonce Knowles and her boyfriend Jay-Z finally taking their relationship to the next level and getting married? If so, they've come one step closer by supposedly taking out a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY on Tuesday, according to People magazine.

Reps for both stars remained mum on the subject and offered no denials or confirmations. It's about time for these two as Beyonce, 26, and Jay-Z, 38, have been dating for over 6 years now. What is this guy waiting for? Seriously, get off the pot already.
