Are Guy Ritchie and Jemima Khan Dating?

Has Guy Ritchie already moved on from Madonna to a new woman? Rumor has it that Guy has quietly been dating heiress Jemima Khan. The newly divorced father and the onetime flame of Hugh Grant were spotted at a party in London just a few weeks ago.

According to the London Telegraph, Guy, 40, and Jemima, 33, attended the intimate dinner party together and things could be heating up. A source told the tabloid, "They have become very fond of each other." Could he merely be trying to save face as his ex flaunts her new romance with A-Rod or is it something more?
