Justice is Served - Paris Hilton is Headed Back to Jail!!!
Update: Justice is served - Paris Hilton is heading back to jail to serve out 45 days! Witnesses claimed that Paris was heard screaming "Mom! It's not right" at the top of her lungs when the decision was announced. The LA City Attorney filed a motion asking for Paris to be returned to jail by the judge to finish out her sentence. The judge did grant a request for a hearing to discuss the possibility that the Sheriff's Department could be held in contempt of court for allowing her to go home after three measly days.
The hearing was scheduled for 9 am and TMZ reported that the spoiled princess wouldn't be making an appearance. Instead, Paris planned to attend the meeting over the phone. It's bad enough that she mocked the justice system by driving on a suspended license and then barely having to serve any time for it.
But now she's taking this thing a little bit too far. By not even having the decency to show up for her hearing, she would be basically spitting in their faces and saying that she's above the law and the rules don't apply to her.
UPDATE: FOX News is reporting that the judge ordered the Sheriff to personally pick up and deliver the diva to his courtroom. With the advice of her lawyer, Paris decided to channel Michael Jackson by showing up in her pajamas. Perhaps she's hoping to convince the court that she's too upset to even be fashionable. I hope that the judge throws the book at the heiress and this time sends her to general population!

I think Neilsen is right… i had a meeting cancelled today at a major media outlet, because everyone was scamblings for the ratings war over the latest paris gossip.
so how many of our young men and women died in Iraq and Afghanistan today?

I work at the jail where she was, I heard the medical condition cited was crabs. She is pretty disgusting

Paris is a disgrace to the American culture and has now made a disgrace of the judicial system. It makes me cringe that out 10, 12, and 13-year-old daughters are looking up to this harlot. Paris should face her punishment like a grown-woman, not a spoiled child. Yeah, jail sucks. What did she expect gourmet food, fashionable clothing, Egyptian sheets? If she actually had a medical condition, why is she not in the hospital getting treated? If she is having a mental breakdown, send her ars to the mental intuition, like everyone else.

I’m glad the judge saw fit to demand that Paris go back to jail. She needs time(LOL) to do a little serious thinking about herself, the world, and her CORRECT place in it. All she wa doing was being spoiled and decorative , and no more. She needs this time to grow up. With luck, she mighteven find someone there at the jail to tell her so.
I hope so. Even Paris has potential(we all do) to become a good person, but not at the way she’s going about her life.
This could be the best thing to ever happen to her. I really hope so.
