Now, rumor has it that there may be a scene that took place in a jacuzzi. Sources tell TMZ that the images are "Paris Hilton tape level" with Nick and Vanessa in different positions.
The rumored to be engaged couple has their legal team working overtime to try and stop the release of any more photos. Haven't they learned that once it's out there, you can't take it back?
